Variation of condition 4 (development only in accordance with the approved plans) of planning permission ref. 2010/1892 approved on 21/09/2011 for the erection of a 2 storey side extension to the existing rear extension and part re-cladding and demolition of existing garage, and for: alterations in the appearance of the wrought iron gates; change in the layout of the front boundary wall and to incorporate new railings; provision of new handrail to front entrance steps; provision of new “vision panel” to the door of the extension and removal/infill of existing door to side of existing house.
