Looking North from Northchurch Rd. The bicycle sign on the left should be on the existing street lighting column. Avoidable street clutter!

Looking South into Culford Rd at Englefield Rd. Just lots of redundant poles cluttering the corner.

Looking North along Culford Rd toward Englefield Rd. This bicycle sign should be placed on the street light column just out of shot to the left. The parking sign should be affixed to the wall.

Looking North along Culford Rd with Englefield Rd to rear of shot. The bicycle sign should be placed on the street light column in the left foreground. It would be much more visible to cyclist approaching along Culford to the south. The current position is less visible to cyclists and is unnecessary clutter.

As we walked, a large lorry thundered down the (once) quiet residential street. This has been the result of the bendy bus introduction on Balls Pond Rd and the associated traffic changes.

The size and impact of the juggernaut is seen here as it turns left into Englefield Rd.

Outside the Wellington pub at the cnr of Balls Pond Rd. This pavement had been laid just 7 days before and is now being systematically destroyed. The large lorries have been mounting the pavement and cracking the newly laid paving. A pedestrian would have no chance if they were caught here at the wrong moment.

Just one section of the pavement showing the trip hazard now caused to the newly laid pavement.
